Bubble Witch Saga 1

Since the update my app wont load. I am unable to play the game. This is a new review. My game is freezing up every game and I am losing points that I paid for on my cited it card. This problem has been going on for over a month, and I have reported it on 3 occasions. I want it fixed or I am finished with King games.
